Functional Hard Chrome

  High Speed Chrome “HSC 25”™ is a functional hard chrome plating process that deposits chromium at speeds; up to five times faster than other conventional process and up to two times faster than other high speed baths. We manufacture using a dustless version of Chromium Trioxide called Chromic Acid Ultra™ which is produced here in the US; limiting and reducing employee exposure.

 High Speed Chrome HSC-840™ is considered a mixed catalyst which contains only the purist of fluoride & Chromium Trioxide. We manufacture using a dustless version of Chromic Acid called Chromic Acid Ultra™ which is produced here in the US; limiting and reducing employee exposure. The activation characteristics allow for plating on Stainless, Nickel as well as Chrome over Chrome applications.

 Conventional Self Regulating HC 710™ is the only single component chrome product on the market today. The perfect product where limited lab resources are available. The self regulating characteristics allow for constant consistency in the bath chemistry.  This product allows you to control the entire the bath with one product and no sulfuric acid additions. We manufacture using a dustless version of Chromic Acid called Chromic Acid Ultra™ which is produced here in the US; limiting and reducing employee exposure.

 PII HC 1000 Mist Suppressant™ has been specifically developed to reduce surface tension and mists in plating and picking baths. It does not contain PFOS  and is expecially suitable for use in Chromic Acid containing applications.
